Clovelly Post Office & Stores are committed to ensuring all our customers are happy and satisfied with our products & services. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please contact us and we will endeavour to exchange or refund the item.
Damages
Our products are checked before they are packed and again before they leave us. Any damaged parcels received need to be reported to us upon receipt and then taken up with Royal Mail on Tel: 08457 740740

By providing your details to Clovelly Post Office, you are consenting to us holding, maintaining and using the information you give us at the time of ordering/enquires. This will only be used for processing & posting your orders. Answering your enquires or to improve our service to you.

All data provided to us is collected and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal details will only be given to those companies involved in the processing & posting of your order. Under NO circumstances will your personal details be passed onto any other third parties. From time to time, we may send you details of new products or promotions.

Online: Browse our products in the online shop section, the item's details and picture are shown there. To select an item just click add to basket, enter the quantity required and follow the steps to the checkout.

In Person: Come along and visit this beautiful village, browse items (selected lines) in store meet our friendly staff and collect an order form.

Delivery

CHARGES:
All postage & packing costs are included in your Total costs when adding your products to the shopping cart.

We aim to despatch your order the next working day (Mon - Fri) depending on stock availability. If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be informed of the estimated delivery date upon receipt of your order.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. If you require next day (Mon – Thurs only) and/or signed for delivery please select Next Day from the shipping options in the shopping cart when placing your order.
